JENNIFER A. LEE (Marin County office) Ms. Lee is an associate with the firm's political law and litigation sections, where she specializes in federal, state and local political, campaign, lobbying, ethics, election, and initiative and referendum laws.

Prior to joining Nielsen Merksamer, Ms. Lee practiced commercial litigation with a San Francisco firm and worked for a biotechnology startup company in Emeryville, California.

She received her Bachelor of Arts degree in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and is a graduate of the University of California, Berkeley, School of Law, where she was a member of the Law Review.
