Prior to joining the firm, she practiced commercial litigation in San Francisco and worked at a biotechnology startup company in Emeryville, California.

Ms. Lee received her B.A. in Molecular Biology from Princeton University and her J.D. from the University of California, Berkeley Boalt Hall School of Law where she was a member of the Law Review.
