JENNIE UNGER EDDY (Marin County office) specializes in California and local political, campaign, lobbying and ethics laws.

Prior to joining Nielsen Merksamer, Ms. Eddy served as Enforcement Division counsel with the California Fair Political Practices Commission and as a senior tax consultant with a then Big-5 accounting firm. Additionally, Ms. Eddy interned for her Congressman, in two state agencies, and for a Sacramento Superior Court judge.

Ms. Eddy is a double graduate of the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law, with a Juris Doctor / Certificate in Governmental Affairs and a Master of Laws in Government and Public Policy. She received her BA in Political Science and Pre-Law from the University of the Pacific.
