ROBERT WILLIAMS (Sacramento office) specializes in all aspects of the legislative process, state fiscal budgeting and policy issues.

He joined the firm as of counsel after retiring from the California Governor's Office where he served as Deputy Legislative Secretary to four governors from 1963 through 1988. He is a member of the California Commission on Uniform State Laws.

He is a graduate of California State University at Sacramento and received his law degree from the University of the Pacific, McGeorge School of Law.
