SHEILA SCALLY (Marin County office) is the Senior Manager of the firm's Political Reporting Unit under the direction of Cate Castonguay.

Sheila Scally joined Nielsen Merksamer in early 2001. Previously, Sheila managed the political reporting section for a Sacramento law firm which also specializes in campaign law. She participated as a Technology Partner with the Secretary of State Electronic Filing Project to assist with the design and implementation of online disclosure. Sheila was a founding member of the California Political Treasurers Association.

Sheila received her BA in Government and Journalism from California State University Sacramento. Prior to her career in political reporting, Sheila had been a banker with Wells Fargo Bank.
