When a client's problem is complex and serious, we assemble a team of experts within the firm to respond immediately to the client's needs, whether to assist in the development of a strategy for a political or initiative campaign; to interpret the applicable state and federal laws and related governmental regulations; to negotiate statutory changes in the legislative process; to negotiate with state and federal regulatory agencies; or, if necessary, to have our litigators move quickly in the courts to protect our client's interests.
