Political Law Attorneys (Marin County, San Francisco Bay Area, California)

Nielsen Merksamer has an opening for political law compliance attorneys with 0 to 3 years of experience to work in its San Francisco Bay Area Office in Marin.  Position will focus on campaign finance, lobby disclosure and government ethics with additional collaboration on election and government law matters.  Applicants must possess strong academic credentials and have excellent research and writing skills.  Experience with government, regulatory, or other compliance work is preferred.

Executive Assistant (Marin County, San Francisco Bay Area, California)

Nielsen Merksamer has an opening in its San Francisco Bay Area Office in Marin for an executive assistant with experience working with law firm partners and attorneys.  The applicant must have the creativity to solve problems, proficiency in word processing, timekeeping, scheduling and office systems.  An interest or professional background in politics, policy or government is a plus but not a requirement.

Political Reporting/Compliance Specialist (Marin County, San Francisco Bay Area, California)

Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross & Leoni LLP has an opening for a Political Reporting/Compliance Specialist in its San Francisco Bay Area office, located in San Rafael.

Seeking detail-oriented person to provide daily client services and preparation of lobby and campaign finance disclosure reports for national client base. Extensive client contact. Computer literate with strong math, analytical and research skills. Work and/or academic background in politics/government/accounting preferred. Full time position. Minimum two year commitment required. Excellent benefits. AOA/EOE. Starting salary $54k (plus significant overtime & merit-based bonus opportunities).
