Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross and Leoni Law Firm Announces Hiring Michelle Rubalcava, Esq.

Sacramento, CA, December 5, 2017 – Michelle Rubalcava, Esq. has joined Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross and Leoni as senior counsel, working out of the firm’s Sacramento office effective December 1, it was announced today.

Nielsen Merksamer Parrinello Gross and Leoni with offices in Sacramento and the San Francisco Bay Area, is one of the preeminent political law, government law, and legislative advocacy firms in the country.

Ms. Rubalcava has 20 years of experience in and around state politics, and as a health care attorney and legislative advocate.  She has worked for distinguished California legislators, including Sen. Denise Moreno Ducheny and Sen. Bryon D. Sher, as well as serving as a healthcare attorney during the implementation of the Affordable Care Act, one of the most dynamic times in the history of healthcare in this country. Most recently, Ms. Rubalcava served as a legislative advocate for the County of Los Angeles, specializing in health, mental health, public health, pension reform and workers’ compensation issues.
