Nielsen Merksamer is pleased to announce that Steve Merksamer and Chris Skinnell have been named Northern California Super Lawyers for 2023. The list recognizes leading attorneys in the State. This is Merksamer’s thirteenth time being selected as a Super Lawyer, having been chosen previously in 2009-2012 and 2015-2022; it is Skinnell’s fifth time being selected as a Super Lawyer, having previously selected in 2019-2022 and having been named a Rising Star five times, from 2013-2017.

Each year, only the top 5 percent of all attorneys in California are named as Super Lawyers. They are selected through peer nominations and evaluations along with third-party research.
