Tyler Kleinman *

Tyler Kleinman is the Assistant Director of Compliance and Technology and has over a decade of expertise in federal, state, and local lobby and campaign filings.

In this role, Tyler oversees the Political Reports Specialists responsible for preparing campaign, lobby, and pay-to-play disclosures and registrations across the United States. He is also responsible for implementing and maintaining new technologies for our Political Reporting Unit, including designing and maintaining the firm’s lobbyist and campaign database and jurisdiction-specific lobby compliance survey software.

His day-to-day work includes reviewing nationwide campaign and lobby filings prepared by our Political Reports Specialists. Additionally, Tyler is also responsible for client projects, preparing audit responses for regulators, reviewing campaign contributions for permissibility, and disbursing corporate and PAC campaign contributions for clients.

Beyond his work at the firm, Tyler is a member of the Council on Government Ethics Laws (COGEL) Marketing and Publication Committee, and he has published articles and interviews in the COGEL Guardian, the organization’s semiannual membership magazine.
